Phill is an award-winning independent producer/director who has extensive experience in over 200 broadcast TV productions and corporate video productions. As Creative Director of Mynt Media, he specialises in producing highly original video promotions and creation of unique, bespoke content for online marketing campaigns. Phill is a passionate believer in the power of collaboration and has built a strong and loyal team of highly-skilled and talented professionals.

Rhys is a BAFTA nominated TV and Radio presenter. His BBC television career includes two series of ‘Rhys to the Rescue’, Chris Packham’s ‘Nature’s Calendar’ and Sir David Attenborough’s ‘Saving Planet Earth’. He has presented the Royal Welsh Show on BBC Wales since 2007. He also works in radio, including his BBC Wales series ‘My Date With Death’ and podcasts for the Guardian. Rhys’s latest BBC network television series ‘Rhys Jones’s Wildlife Patrol’ attracted an audience of 12 million viewers across the UK and is currently available on Amazon Prime.

Marko is an award-winning (SFX Title Sequence award, Austin, Texas) Motion and Film Director, with extensive experience creating moving-image content across a variety of platforms. Global clients including Sony, Nokia, Royal Mail, Aegon, Lloyds, Nationwide, EON and Tourism Ireland, spanning multiple continents. Equally adept at animating beautifully-crafted motion graphics in After Effects, or creating cinematic video content on set. Marko generates highly creative material from concept to execution: storyboarding, art direction, animatic, production, finishing. His variety of work is boundless having chased the Irish weather around the emerald isle with a camera for Tourism Ireland, to animating a drowning chef and has even been spotted riding a Spacehopper around Venice, shooting for Manfrotto.

Anthony is an experienced professional drone specialist photographer who has developed a special relationship with Mynt Media. Together, we work on a huge variety of projects ranging from the property sector to industrial and commercial sectors. His entrepreneurial flair has helped him identify and develop a niche, offering elevated mast photography that allows him to capture images and footage “from a unique perspective”. With the introduction of drones into the video and photography arena, Anthony was quick to adapt and is fully approved to fly drones commercially by the CAA. The mast and drone services work excellently together; where legislative restrictions limit or prevent drone activity, the mast, which is vehicle mounted and rises to 22m, offers a superb alternative.

Nicola is an award-winning creative copywriter and scriptwriter, specialising in advertising and branded content. Tailoring words for the right audience is an essential craft for every industry and she has worked with brands such as Facebook, Sony, Nike and more across web, social, video and voice.

Crafty with words, she has a passion for conceptual thinking. She enjoys solving creative problems and coming up with beautiful and original ideas that work. For website content, brochures, video scripts and all company communications that really matter, don’t take your word for it- exemplify your communications by deploying the best talent.

A valuable new addition to our team, Tyler is an intuitive filmmaker who constantly

explores new and creative ways to capture inspirational footage. Creative diversity is an essential component in Mynt Media’s approach to producing original content. Tyler adds a fresh dimension to our productions offering skills across a wide variety of cameras and supporting equipment.

In particular, Tyler takes the creative lead on music promos where his affinity with performers and the expectations of their labels makes him an ideal fit.

David is a time-served cornerstone of Mynt Media having been part of our team from the outset. Politer than the rest of us, his calm, measured approach to location and studio filming spreads the necessary cheer and keeps us sane and happy. Without his enthusiastic lighting and myriad other skills, the world would be a much darker place.
